A Brief Synopsis
For the past 25 years, I have been working as a consultant trying to improvement management practice. I have worked both as an internal consultant and as an external consultant. I have managed large systems change, organized and run large public seminars, designed a sequenced, multi-course curriculum for healthcare improvement, desgined and conducted numerous program evaluation studies, resarch studes, surveys and designed experiments.
Please note: While much of my practice is built around the theories and teachings of Dr. W. E. Deming, my knowledge of systems theory, statistical methods and human behavior was extensive before I met him.
Varied Background
In the past I have worked as a social worker and human service provider, a manamenet information systems specialist, an international systems manager, and taught research and evaluation on both the undergraduate and graduate levels. That varied background gives me a unque perspective when analyzing and assessing organizational needs.
